The Voluntary Benefits Management Specialist (VBMS) program is a professional training and certification track designed to equip HR leaders, brokers and consultants, compliance officers, and third-party administrators with the skills to evaluate, implement, and manage voluntary benefits programs with confidence and credibility.

Yes, upon achieving a course grade of 85% or better, you earn VBMS®.

You have twelve months to complete the program.

Yes, up to 20 credit hours for L&H, HRCI, SHRM, CME, and CPE.

Yes, for every two enrollees you save $1000.

You would purchase three licenses at the team rate and one at the individual rate. It might be beneficial to purchase four two seat licenses ($4000 discount) in this case.

There are 8 courses in total not including the final exam and capstone.
